Let’s take a moment to appreciate the amazing process that your body went through. In pregnancy your organs were squeezed and moved around, our diaphragm which is the muscle we use to breathe got pushed up and most likely stopped working as it should, the pelvic floor had to handle great amounts of pressure from the growing baby, your Abs stretched out, your posture also changes. Your body went through a lot of changes and after pregnancy our bodies don’t function as it did pre pregnancy with the snap of a finger.

The reality is that some of us go through life after pregnancy with bodies that are weak; that could be a weak core where performing activities of daily life causes back pain or even hip pain, poor posture, leaking urine when we jump, laugh or cough due to pelvic floor issues.  A structured approach to fitness is necessary for recovery, a step by step, progressive process and that’s what this program offers.

MEET ALICIA 


Alicia Watson is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise specialist and Nutrition Coach.

The desire to help women restore and strengthen their cores and body after pregnancy  came from her personal journey with a weakened Core and Diastasis Recti/Abdominal separation (a condition that can occur after pregnancy where the space between your left and right belly muscles widen, often called a “pooch”).

After years of trying various methods of strengthening her Core she finally found one that works, she has compiled her knowledge along with professional experience to help other women build their strong Core and post pregnancy body.
